Service of a Leco Cutter

Stage 1
Service pic 1Designed to handle medium-sized sections such as automotive, ceramic, and composite materials with a cutting wheel up to 300mm. The bench top machine offers simple cutting action using the side handle.

Stage 2
Service pic 2When we received the Leco cutting machine here at Spectrographic it was in a bit of a mess with operations seized up such as the clamping plates and motor fan. The illumination light inside the machine was not working and coolant hoses were snapped.
Stage 3
Service pic 3The machine was quickly stripped down and cleaned and the paint was touched up where necessary. We replaced the cable for the light and replaced both cooling hoses. The clamping plate was a nightmare to get off; this has now been cleaned and greased so it can be moved freely.
Stage 4
Service pic 4After reconditioning, this machine has now got many years left to run. All the operations of the machine are now working correctly and the recirculation tank has been cleaned out too.

Stage 5
Service pic 5Keeping up to at least a yearly SPECTROGRAPHIC SERVICE will help prevent a build up of technical issues within your machine.
