Service can be expensive especially when travelling costs are involved.  At Spectrographic we would like to give our service customers a helping hand. This is the plan if you are not in a hurry and can wait until we have other service calls in the area we can significantly cut the costs of the service by 40% or more. The Spectrographic service is available on metallurgical cutters, polishers and mounting press. Each service will involve a deep clean, change of specific PPM parts and electrical testing, a full report of any issues relating to the machine.  Now for the small print if non planned preventative maintenance parts are required we will send of formal quotation to repair the machine in question.
