Metallurgical Cutting


Metallurgical cutting is an important part of sample preparation. The correct choice of abrasive wheel suited to the material type is essential to give good cutting results. Another important consideration is cutting fluid, we recommend using a fully synthetic system to give the most efficient cut and surface quality. At Spectrographic our cutting machines are offered with full cooling and clamping for high quality sectioning with no burning.
